Ray Barnes Summer basketball camps-

Day Camps are 9AM to 5PM July 6-10, July 13-17, July 20-24 for Boys and Girls ages 10 to 17 Cost is $100 per player.

The overnight summer camp for boys is July 30 to August 3. Cost is $300.

All camps held at Lake Grove School- 459R Wallingford Road in Durham,CT.

March 2, 2009Belin named Player of the Year ROCHESTER - MCC sophomore forward Jeron Belin (Meriden, CT/Maloney) was named the 2009 Region III, Division II Player of the Year.Belin averages 14.2 points and 5.9 rebounds per game for the Tribunes, who are 27-5 after winning the Region III tournament over the weekend.  He scored 15.3 per game in Western New York Athletic Conference play.

April 20, 2009Belin, Parnell, Fooks honored by NJCAA ROCHESTER - MCC men's basketball player Jeron Belin (Meriden, CT/Maloney) and women's players Krystal Parnell (Brooklyn, NY/Murray Bergtraum) and Deree Fooks (Camden, NJ/Woodrow Wilson) were named All-Americans by the NJCAA.Belin was named a first teamer.  Parnell made the second team and Fooks made honorable mention.Belin helped lead the MCC men to a 30-7 record and a sixth-place finish at the NJCAA Division II national tournament.  The 6-7 sophomore forward averaged 14.3 points and 6.1 rebounds per game and was the team's leading scorer in regional play.  He led the Tribunes in scoring in 14 games this season.Parnell and Fooks helped the Lady Tribunes to a 22-6 record and a birth in the NJCAA Division I District C title game.  Parnell averaged 12 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 8.8 assists per game for the Lady Tribunes.  Fooks led the team in scoring at 15.4 per game while also averaging 7.5 rebounds.
